This was the third book that I chose to review on BookSirens, which is another fantastic site for gaining access to eARCs that you can read for free and review. BookSirens has become a resource for readers who want the ease of accessing a variety of genres and titles, making it an appealing choice for anyone looking to expand their reading horizons. In this particular instance, it was the cover art that initially captivated not only myself but also my child, drawing us into the world of the story even before we turned the first page. The vibrant colors and whimsical illustrations on the cover were not just visually appealing, but they also sparked our imaginations and piqued our curiosity about what lay within the pages.

Moreover, what child wouldn't love to read a tale about the beloved tooth fairy? The tooth fairy is a figure that holds a special place in the hearts of children, often associated with the excitement of losing a tooth and the promise of a small reward in exchange for it. This story goes beyond mere entertainment as it celebrates neurodiversity, which fosters understanding and acceptance among young readers. By presenting characters who may think or behave differently, the story encourages empathy and compassion, teaching children that everyone has unique strengths and challenges. Additionally, this story shares several lessons to be learned by young readers which can help growth and development.

The Review

"Gabriel’s Tooth Fairy Tale" by Sharon Leya and Jennifer Saylor was a book about a sweet boy named Gabriel who lost his first tooth and the adventure it brought him on. This was a good “before bedtime” read. My kiddo was really captivated with the beautiful illustrations and even repeated their favorite parts as I was reading it aloud. We really enjoyed the ‘Rocketship Boogie’ and thought the little bonus at the end of the book was a special treat!
